Repurpose leftover cranberry sauce to make this deliciously creamy salad dressing. With only 4-5 ingredients, this homemade salad dressing recipe takes just a few minutes to make.
Combine cranberry sauce, sour cream, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in wide mouth mason jar.
Using immersion blender, begin blending at the bottom of the jar, carefully moving through the mixture so as not to splash.
When the dressing is creamy and smooth, taste it and adjust as needed. Add honey if too sour, more vinegar if too sweet.
Serve right away or refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes prior to serving so the olive oil softens. (Or use avocado oil, which does not thicken in the refrigerator.)
