Easy and Healthy Egg Bake

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. If using raw bacon, fry that first while chopping veggies.
Sauté the veggies gently for a few minutes (in the bacon grease, if you have any).
Whisk the eggs to combine the yolks with the whites; whisk in the sour cream, cheese, bacon, veggies, and salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into greased 8" square pan (or similar sized pan).
Bake about 30 minutes, or until the top is fully set.
Cool a bit before serving.
