lemon, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Wash asparagus and trim off the woody, fibrous ends.
Toss with olive oil and lemon juice; spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roast asparagus for 10-15 minutes, or until it is tender but still bright green.
Serve with extra lemon, or with with suggested additions below.
