Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular)
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • chopped lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, olives, etc.
  • shredded cheese
  • salsa

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Stir in seasonings, and cook through. Turn off heat.
  • Chop all the veggies and shred the cheese.
  • Combine elements of the salad in one large bowl, compose individual salads, or set all the components out and let people build their own salads.
