Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs ground turkey
  • 1-2 zucchinis, peeled and grated
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 T garlic powder can use minced garlic
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1 T smoked paprika can use regular paprika
  • 1 T dried parsley can use 3T fresh, chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • fat of choice for frying

Instructions
 

  • Place turkey in large bowl with zucchini and all seasonings. Mix well.
  • Heat a skillet and add cooking fat until it sizzles if you sprinkle a drop or water on it.
  • Form turkey mixture into patties and fry both sides until they are browned and the patties cook through.
  • Serve warm with desired toppings.
