Notes

The calories per serving in this orange soda recipe are approximate. The longer the orange juice ferments, the more sugars will be consumed by the cultures. It is hard to know exactly how much sugar will be left in the final product, since there are a lot of variables. The exact sugar content of the orange juice, the liveliness of the cultures, the warmth of the environment, and the fermentation time all affect the calories.
