Fruit Salsa
Chopped fruit makes a surprisingly delicious sweet salsa with so many different uses! Use just about any fruit you like, and leave it plain or add extra flavor with herbs, zest, honey ,etc.

chopped apple

chopped orange

chopped pineapple

chopped strawberries

chopped, fresh mint

orange zest
Instructions
Chop the fruit into small bits. (If you use small berries, like blueberries, leave them whole.)
Stir fruit together in bowl.
Chop mint and zest orange, and stir those into the fruit. Let rest for 5 minutes so the flavors meld and serve fresh.
