Ginger Tahini Salad Dressing

Equipment

  • 1 immersion blender or blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 C olive oil
  • 1/4 C tahini
  • 1/4 C raw honey
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar or other vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 T fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except salt in container you will use for blending.
  • Using immersion blender, blend all ingredients for 20-30 seconds, or until smooth.
  • Taste and add salt as needed.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate and remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes prior to serving to olive oil becomes pourable again.
