coffee machine, French press, or other way to make coffee
blender or milk frother (optional)
Ingredients
2Tground coffee
1 tsppumpkin pie spice
2Tmilk or milk substitute of choice(see suggestions below)
sweetened of choice(optional, see suggestions below)
Instructions
Add spices to coffee and prepare coffee as usual. (You don't need to mix; it will be fine if you drop the spices on top of the coffee.)
Add dairy option of choice to coffee, stir, and add sweetener if desired.
Serve as is, or whisk vigorously by hand, blend in a blender, or use a milk frother to make the latte frothier.
Notes
No pumpkin pie spice? No worries. Use 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp each ginger, nutmeg and cloves.Or use apple pie spice. You will hardly notice the difference!
