fresh lemon balm leaves
2
quarts
filtered water
Instructions
Heat water to nearly boiling.
Coarsely chop or use spoon or potato masher to muddle lemon balm leaves.
Pour water over lemon balm. Let steep 5-10 minutes if serving hot. If serving cold, you can refrigerate and let the tea steep longer.
Strain out lemon balm leaves and serve hot or cold.
