114.75 ozcan salmonor similar quantity from smaller cans OR similar quantity of fresh salmon, poached and flaked (see above)
1/3-1/2 Csour creamOR Greek yogurt OR mayonnaise
1stalkcelery, diced
1-2Tgreen onion, choppedOR use red or yellow onion
1tspdried dillOR 1 T fresh chopped dill
1/2tsp pepper
salt to taste
Instructions
If using fresh or frozen salmon, poach that first and flake it with a fork.
Chop veggies and herbs.
In a bowl, stir the sour cream together with all the ingredients except the salmon.
Add the drained, canned salmon or the freshly poached and flaked salmon. Stir well to combine. Serve right away or store in the refrigerator and use within a day. See serving suggestions below.
