Smoked Paprika Aioli

This simple, creamy condiment has many uses! Made with a few simple ingredients in under 5 minutes, you can use it for fries, a burger topping, a sandwich spread, a dip for veggies, or a sauce for seafood, chicken, or steak. Naturally gluten free, this easy aioli recipe is as delicious as it is nourishing!

Equipment

  • 1 wide mouth jar
  • 1 immersion blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C oil olive, avocado, ghee, melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1-2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
  • dash salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a wide mouth jar, starting with just one teaspoon of smoked paprika.
  • Using immersion blender, begin blending at the bottom of the jar. Slowly raise the blender as the mixture turns creamy.
  • When the whole mixture has emulsified (become blended and creamy), remove the blender. Taste and add salt or more paprika to taste.
