In just a few minutes you can add loads of flavor to any nut you choose! Perfect for topping salads, desserts and more, these spiced nuts without sugar are also delicious as a snack! Try pumpkin spiced nuts or savory spiced nuts!

previously prepared nuts-- walnuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, even peanuts
1/2
tsp salt
plus 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
for pumpkin spiced nuts
1/2
tsp salt
plus 1/2 tsp each garlic powder and smoked (or regular) paprika
for savory spiced nuts
1/2
tsp salt
plus 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp Italian seasoning
for Italian spiced nuts
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet until bubbly.
Stir in nuts, stirring frequently until the nuts are toasty and fragrant.
Add the spices you want, and stir well to coat for a minute, being careful not to burn.
Remove from heat and cool completely. If not using right away, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
